Am I entitled to a refund?
Yes, all customers are entitled to a refund within 14 days of receiving their order. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement either by email or calling our customer service team.
How can I place a refund?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and will initiate the refund process.
Before returning an item please ensure that it is un-opened and in the same condition as it was sent to you. Please ensure that it is properly wrapped and packaged and placed in an appropriately sized box. When sending the item back we recommend using a courier with next day delivery. Please see the address below for all returns and ensure you have left your invoice within the box so we can track where the return came from:

Upon receiving the item we will inspect the bottle to ensure it has arrived back with us safely and initiate the refund back to the same payment method used when placing the order.
How long will it take to receive a refund?
Once returns have been accepted into our warehouse, they are processed within 7 working days. It may take a up to a further 3-5 days for the money to reach your bank account. Should you not receive your refund please contact firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order reference number.
